show:room is a wholesale to retail representative for independent designers. We work exclusively with designers who create hand made products, eco-friendly goods, and focus on small scale production. Our goal is to assist designers with product placement in boutiques across the country and provide retailers access to great independent brands. We work with a range of brands that focus on quality, good design and a fresh perspective.

After 8 years as a sales executive, show:room owner Karen Young wanted to work with lines she was passionate about as well as offer independent designers an opportunity to be part of a showroom. Having launched her organic home goods collection (Hammocks & High Tea) in 2008 the challenge of building a small brand with the expense of sales and shows was daunting. Turns out it was the same for every autonomous designer.
